I particularly appreciated how the staff, led by the attentive waiter Beckham, ensured that all my dietary needs were met, including my partner's vegan preferences. The ambience of the Momo Kitchen struck a balance between comfort and sophistication, creating an inviting space for a leisurely meal. The entire buffet service, assisted by an efficient team, made the dining process smooth and enjoyable. A highlight was the last night at Ummrao, where I indulged in a fusion of international favorites along with specialty Indian dishes. The food was well-prepared, showcasing culinary innovation without overwhelming the palate. As a family traveler, I was also impressed by the hotel staff's approach to our unique needs, especially the support for my grandmother. Their commitment to hospitality, combined with delicious dining options, contributed significantly to a memorable stay that transcended just the food.
